USS Yorktown Trip

These are the photos that I took on the USS Yorktown, an aircraft carrier, where I say bottle-nosed dolphins, pelicans, cormorants, herrings, sheep-head, sea gulls, and so much more. My Boy Scout Troop and I went there for our November Campout, and we got to sleep in the same bunks that the WWII sailors got to sleep in! The bunks were surprisingly comfortable, but if you slept on the bottom or middle there was only a 2 inch space between your head and the bunk above you, and on the top you have the risk of fatting 5 feet onto steel!
